SlimmerYou with Ambra

Hi my name is Ambra, I struggled forever to lose weight and last year I lost a stone over 3 months with the 1:1 Cambridge Weight Plan. I am so delighted with the weight loss that I asked my consultant Anne-Louise about becoming a consultant myself, so here I am!

I have tried every diet going, I would lose a 3-4 pounds then it would creep back on. I am only 4 ft 10 ins so losing a stone reduced my BMI from 35.5 to 31.3.

In the last 6 months, mainly following a higher step, I have lost a further 7 lbs with now only 7lbs to go to my target weight. I haven't been as light as this for many years, not since embarking on the divorce diet 30 years ago,  which isn't the best way to do it, though, I was suddenly gorgeous!

over the years, through the menopause, my weight steadily increased especially around my middle. I despaired of ever losing weight,  in spite of attending classes at the gym most days and walking everywhere.  

I am now aiming to lose another stone to see if I can rediscover my waist. It would be really nice, if anyone who is interested in doing this with me could contact me, now that I am a qualified consultant.  We can all get gorgeous together!
 

Losing weight is hard work the 1:1 Cambridge Weight Plan makes all that weight loss a bit easier, but so worth it, I don't feel so bloated, I am much fitter,  my 'optimistic' purchases of jeans now fit, and some stuff is so big it is banished from my wardrobe. Mostly, I am so much happier and more confident.
